It was back in the fall of 2011 when I immediately fell in love with photography. I was taking a road trip back home from California to North Dakota, when I decided to purchase my first point and shoot camera. Well needless to say that was all it took to come to the conclusion that I wanted to continue this newly developed hobby.
Photography personally is not about trying to become a professional (making a living), but I find photography to be another excuse to be out reveling in nature. Personally speaking there is nothing more ethereal than to be one on one with nature.
I do love when other people enjoy my images, but not for the same reasons many others might enjoy. I want people to enjoy my images not for self-gratification, but for others to put themselves at that location subjectively, and to take that experience and create their own perception of that moment in time.
